Because of COVID, I missed out on some travel opportunities, so i wish I would’ve been to travel more.
Advice
Get out of your comfort zone, you’ll be surprised the things you can accomplish.

I loved the environment of the company. My senior technicians and senior engineers were very encouraging and helpful throughout the project. Also, our Program Manager was kind to all interns and gave extremely detailed explanations about the work we did from time to time.

Advice
Be extremely attentive to everything you do and take notes all the time. Don't try to rely on your short-term memory because it can only go so far

What I liked
I really enjoyed my co-workers willingness to teach me and coach me through out the summer. Whenever I had an issue or didn't know how to do something, I always felt like my questions were encouraged and there was someone I could ask.
What I wish was different
I wish it had been more collaborative day-to-day. It also would have been interesting to have more projects among the intern team.
Advice
This work environment is intense and they expect a lot of you, so be prepared for that! Nevertheless, they are understanding when things come up. It has been a rewarding experience working with them!
