What I liked

I loved the company! Loved the people, you meet amazing individuals who are genuine and want to help you succeed. The pay was also a plus.

What I wish was different

I believe that if I interned in the Battle Creek HQ office, I would’ve had a lot more fun. The Chicago office was pretty empty because everyone pretty much worked from home and would come to the office 1-2 days out of the week. HQ always had fun summer events.

Advice

Take risks, they really want to listen to your recommendations and new ideas. Don’t be shy at all, don’t be afraid to ask questions, and build relationships with everyone.

What I liked

The Culture at Kellogg is fantastic, and the internship is very involved. This was my second summer with the company and they made sure I had a wide variety of exposure and experiences. I have accepted a full time salaried offer contingent to graduation.

What I wish was different

Nothing comes to mind immediately. the was some disorganization among intern projects this year but nothing that ruined the experience.

Advice

Come in to an internship ready to adapt and have an open mind, The interns that performed the worst were ones who believed they already knew everything.
