What I liked
I love the culture of creativity, feedback, fun, casual dress, flexible work styles, and clear expectations. I enjoy the work; I find myself experiencing "flow" while I do it. The food and parties are a big plus.
What I wish was different
The uncertainty of whether I would get a full-time offer
Advice
If you're afraid of doing part of a job because you don't know how, it feels a lot better to just jump in rather than avoid it
