The employees were all team players, we all worked well and the atmosphere they created was wonderful. There was never a dull day working with them. The supervisors were all friendly while keeping us focused at the same time. Genuine personal connections were made and that made working everyday 5am to 6pm enjoyable.
What I wish was different
The only thing I wish could have been different is if the fact that it took a month for me to get hired. Other than that working here was actually great, it is lead by an amazing CEO that is down to earth and creates an amazing work environment.
Advice
This experience made me understand that though I am currently in college, having a job is not something we should expect to have. It is a privilege and it is important to not allow yourself to feel entitled. Always stay humble and remember the world does not owe you anything, you must work for anything.
