-Learned tons about supply chain as a whole while working here. -They stuck me in an environment where I could make an impact but also work on my areas of improvement.

Two things I would change is giving interns a warmer welcome and making the training process a little bit more formal.

I got to learn the basics of working retail including working the cash register, backroom stocking and customer service skills.

What I wish was different

I wish I would have set a more concrete schedule so I could have had time to do other things throughout the week. It felt like I was always working and at random times because it kept switching each week.

The company culture! Everyone is so collaborative and encouraging! They want you to succeed and they give you the tools necessary to do so!

What I wish was different

I wish I was able to have the experience in person rather than virtual, but that was due to COVID-19.

Advice

Take advantage of the time and opportunity in front of you! Ask questions to your manager, your team, your peers, and people outside of your team too! Make yourself known throughout the company, meet with as many individuals as you can and absorb all the information and advice they’re willing to give you!

I wish I would have received corporate internship skills while I was working there. That would have been amazing to put on my resume.
