Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and talented intern to join our team as a 2024 Summer Intern focusing on XR Goggle Frameworks development. As part of the Samsung Research America (SRA/MPS) lab, you will be working on the next generation of AR/XR framework technologies, specifically concentrating on AR Goggle frameworks using C++. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the development of proof of concepts that will shape the future of augmented and mixed reality experiences.

Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement proof of concepts for next-generation AR/XR framework technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of developed solutions
- Work on the design, development, and optimization of XR Goggle frameworks using C++
- Conduct debugging and troubleshooting to identify and address issues promptly
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to XR frameworks
Required Skills:
- Currently pursuing an MS or PhD in Computer Science
- Strong proficiency in C++
- Familiarity with 3D graphics concepts and technologies
- Solid debugging skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Special Attributes:
- Experience with OpenGL or Vulkan is a plus
