Stock Supervisor
Key Accountabilities:
Work with management to maximize sales by ensuring an efficient and customer-friendly store operation
Perform manager-on-duty functions as assigned
Assist management team with opening and closing procedures
Provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service in every area of the store.
Work with management to maximize sales by ensuring an efficient and customer-friendly store operation
Meet or exceed 3% selling goal average for each fiscal month
Maintain an accurate, organized and effective client book
Lead by example and assist sales associates with selling and client interactions when on duty
Assist with the execution of floor sets
Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards on a daily basis
Requirements:
1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role
Prior experience in a luxury/fashion company
Excellent personal selling skills
Ability to contribute to a positive team environment
