Store Manager-Portland, OR

The Store Manager is responsible for leadership, guidance, and control of daily store operations. This includes but is not limited to site maintenance, safety, staffing, fiscal oversight, reporting, merchandising, and stock management. This individual steps into any and all store staffing positions when needed and represents the organization professionally and courteously in all interactions.

The Store Manager has eight direct reports and works under guidance of the Retail Director. The ideal candidate will be communicative, a self-starter, and connected to the Habitat mission.

This is a full-time, exempt position with an annual starting salary of $45,698 – $57,125, commensurate with experience.
