Who you are

What you’ll be doing on the Client Engagement team


  • Generate awareness through targeted cold and warm outreach, which include trade-show and event attendance, phone calls, introductory emails, etc.
  • Request meetings with potential clients to learn more about their business as well as demonstrating our capabilities
  • Research potential client business in preparation for client communication
  • Align on client expectations, ask clarifying questions to better understand their business, demonstrate Maestro’s capabilities and uncover client opportunities
  • Work with internal team members to create strategic proposals based on your experience with the prospect
  • Help with presenting proposals to clients
  • Consistently follow up with clients to build trust
  • Align and communicate expectations both with internal team and clients
  • Manage ongoing relationships with key prospects and take opportunities to build strategic adjacent relationships
  • Work with Account Managers to explore how to best message to current clients in an effort to generate new business within strategic accounts
  • Gain experience working with Account Managers and the Client Engagement Director to prepare for a transition to building a book of business as an Account Manager
