Assistant Brand Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager for our Brand Leadership team who is prepared to change the trajectory of brands by creating the conditions for brave ideas. Duties + Responsibilities
  • Become familiar with products and tactical elements of a marketing plan and how they are used
  • In the absence of account group, field requests from client to ensure that requested modifications (e.g. creative changes) are documented, communicated and implemented
  • Maintain status reports, if applicable
  • Assist account team in coordinating and producing special projects/items for clients
  • Participate in the preparation of materials for promotional planning or new business presentations as needed
  • Make all arrangements for internal team meetings and client meetings, including ordering and setting up refreshments
  • Provide administrative support for all internal and client communications
  • Work with creative and account team to develop job estimates
  • Maintain paper or electronic files for promotional plan and budget, current product literature and all client information
  • Analyze publications for pertinent articles to be circulated to product team, as time permits
  • Prepare timelines in conjunction with project management; understand and support project management
  • Occasionally prepare client contact reports
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred
  • Related agency experience and/or training preferred (can include prior internships)
