Sales Enablement Content Manager (SECM)

ABOUT THE JOB
As the Sales Enablement Content Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all sales enablement content, videos, documents, templates, etc. are aligned with and optimized for our sales process, enablement programs, marketing messaging and customer communications. Specifically, this person will assist in the enhancement of enablement content and programs through video editing, graphical visualizations, multi-media delivery and other streamlined communications. This individual will also be responsible for loading and administering content on our OneNote, SharePoint and Sales Enablement Platform technologies.

The Sales Enablement Content Manager will serve as a sales enablement and training content developer, editor and enhancer. Their primary focus will be to help us develop multiple kinds of content, including training, videos, presentations and other enablement communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Enhance enablement communications and training materials with graphical imagery for the purpose of improving understanding and absorption.
  • Edit existing content video recordings of team meetings, lengthy online trainings or customer webinars and convert into bite-sizable videos for new hire training or even prospecting purposes.
  • Assist in uploading and announcing new content or training into our content mgmt. systems (OneNote, SharePoint and Sales Enablement Platform) and our video platform, Vimeo.
  • Assist in the creation of some enablement program content and training, including sales process "how to" videos, updates to the new hire "Getting Started Guide", and other training fundamentals.
  • Willing to bring fun and creative ideas to help "spruce up" our enablement communications, including video, podcast, newsletter, intranet and live training events.
  • Soft Skills: ability to manage numerous detailed project tasks, exceptional video development and editing skills, great written communication skills, good verbal communication skills, and a willingness to jump into learning new sales enablement technology and video development / editing tools.
  • Customer story or sales best practice video "packages" (defined as a series of edited micro-videos) plus the corresponding enablement communications
  • Assist in the upkeep and management of our central repository of content (OneNote / Sales Enablement Platform)
  • Assist in the upkeep and management of the Sales Internal SharePoint site
  • Assist in enablement content presentation and/or training development
 
QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
Formal Education and Certification
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of Marketing, Media, English or Communications, and experience in enablement or talent development.
  • 2 - 3 years of proven track record in sales leadership training
  • 5+ years' experience successfully creating and delivering sales enablement with measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
 
Knowledge and Experience
  • Exceptional Video Editing and Graphic Editing skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Detail oriented with some project management capability
  • Strong software proficiencies able to learn with and train on multiple software solutions. Must be 100% willing to jump into learning new tech.
  • Able to coordinate multiple cross-functional resources to ensure messaging and brand compliance as well as alignment with our selling reality.
  • Corporate Performance Management Experience Preferred
