Production Associate
Large format digital design and printing company in Richmond is looking for digital print associate having print production and installation skills.
We are looking for team members to assist in our production, design and install operations. Using various automated machines, software, and modern methods.
We would like candidates with printing experience of over 3 years in Latex printers, cutting plotter, Laminator, CNC Router, flat-bed printer, laying vinyl on foam board, PVC, acrylic, coroplast, etc.
Candidate must have proficiency in Adobe Illustrator CC 2018 and above, and should be able to convert customer design files into production ready files. Candidate should also be able to physically perform duties including lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and climbing ladders.
Hiring can be contingent upon passing background verification, pre-employment drug tests and screenings
Responsibilities
Production Design, Production, Cutting, Weeding, Masking, and Installation
Ensure output meets quality standards and reduce wastage
Communicate with team members to understand requirements and provide solutions
Monitor production and do maintenance of the equipment
Ability to install graphics on walls, vehicles, windows, and other surfaces
Ability to make banners
Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience with large format digital design and printing production ( can include internships)
Minimum 3 years of experience with Adobe Illustrator CC 2018 and above, and Adobe PS and Id.
Portfolio will be required at the time the interview is scheduled
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
