Experience Specialist

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include acting as information center for tenants and guests, building tenant database to promote building amenities, working with property team to insure seamless daily operations, scheduling of conference center and other amenity center facilities and management of these centers, building an annual events calendar and executing it including planning building events and assisting with gifting programs, coordinating visual marketing, developing social media following to promote the building, developing relationships with local businesses, and in general developing a building culture.
Candidate must have fundamental office skills including fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, be able to manage multiple projects at one time, be a self-starter and highly motivated to provide proactive customer service. Creative eye for advertising and marketing, tech savvy, quick-wit, and ability to work autonomously. Applicants must align with our company's core values: integrity, agility and flexibility, and an ownership mentality are musts. Hospitality and/or tenant relations experience a plus in commercial real estate.
