Part-Time Administrative/Marketing Assistant for Tour Company

Chicago Detours tour company is looking to add a fourth employee to our office team. This administrative/marketing assistant position will be 18-22 hours per week with the potential for growth. You will learn basic and big ideas in marketing strategy and office administration by being thrust into the exciting world of small business and entrepreneurship.


We want someone who loves organizing. Are you the kind of personal who color codes your calendar? Is your home closet immaculate? We want you here! We are hard-working while easygoing, and have fun both in the office and on our guided tours.



-Manage phone and online communications with customers

-Process and organize bookings for public tours.

-Execute a variety of online marketing tasks. 

-Maintain office organization.

-Manage our remote office assistant.
