Jewelry Showroom Intern
Just Class Jewelry is currently looking to add a highly organized, enthusiastic, fashion forward and sales oriented intern to join our team. Just Class Jewelry is a Chicago based jewelry and accesory business featuring classic and elegant Italian designed and manufactured jewelry, as well as handbags, travel accessories and unique scarves. With a retail showroom located in the Gold Coast and an online store, we offer a personalized shopping experience that caters to a broad clientele. We have partnerships with several retail accounts, style local celebrities, and also participate in over 50 fundraisers and community events annually.
Internship applicant can receive school credit and/or travel stipend determined based on experience. The length of this internship is flexible with the opportunity to become part time.
The ideal candidate will have sales experience, an interest in fashion and jewelry, be outgoing and enjoy working with people. We are also looking for an individual who is interested in learning about every aspect of our business. We work hard, but also have a ton of fun, and are looking to add someone with a similar mindset to our team!
Working knowledge of social media channels including: Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and Twitter.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office. Adobe skills are prefered and appreciated, but not required.
A flexible schedule is helpful, because trunk shows and events will take place on weekdays, week nights and some weekends.
Having a vehicle for trunk shows is a plus but not required. We will work with you!
