Position Summary: The eCommerce Manager is accountable for driving guest conversion, retention, incremental sales, visits, and lifetime value. The candidate will participate in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management and will serve as the leader in the direct marketing function for the company including developing the contact strategy, managing customer relationships, and post campaign analysis and insights.
