Junior Talent Buyer / Account Manager
American Mass Media has an opening for a Junior Talent Buyer / Account Manager.
Duties include but are not limited to,
• Reports to Talent Buyer and above.
• Keeping up-to-date with the music industry and trends.
• Being knowledgeable about Americana/Folk/Country and Rock music and artists.
• Spotting new, up-and-coming artists.
• Creating and maintaining relationships with bands, venues, and industry people.
• Booking and scheduling artists to play in our client's venues.
• Signing up new venues as clients for our talent buying and advertising services.
• Managing social media accounts for American Mass Media, our projects, and clients.
•Clearly understands the use of social media as an advertising tool.
•Being knowledgeable about current social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
•Developing ideas, content and advertising strategies to promote American Mass Media and our clients’, and implementing those ideas into action.
•Writing strategic content for websites and social media posts.
•Working in cooperation with graphic designers, programmers, photographers, and videographers to produce content.
•Working in cooperation with a team and third-party vendors.
• Having a good knowledge of how SEO works and writing SEO copy that generates results.
•Measuring the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
•Utilizing analytics to prepare recaps for clients and management.
