Cruise Industry Booking for Rock Musicians/Bands

Suman Entertainment Group is the largest private music agency in the U.S., with over 300 musicians working worldwide every day of the year. SEG currently supplies musicians for: Norwegian, NCL America, Princess, Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Holland America, Seabourn, Regent, Oceania, MSC, and Disney. The cruise industry is the fastest growing employer of live entertainment today.

Payment: Standard Contracts are 4-6 months, but may vary and will be with the Cruise Ships. As an entertainment agency we find the gigs for the musician and communicate with the cruise lines for the musician's .

Who Does SEG hire?

SEG currently recruits for the following commercial musicians:

  • Rock band consists of 4-part rhythm section ( Guitar, Bass, Drums, Keys ), 3 horns ( Saxophone, Trombone, Trumpet, French Horn, etc. ), and a male and female vocalist.
  • Musicians must be able to learn top 40 type charts.
  • Musicians will be performing varying genres of sets (i.e. – 60’s psychedelic rock, 70’s Funk, Classic Rock, etc.)
  • Musicians must be high energy.
  • Musicians can submit individually OR as a group.
  • Musicians don’t need to be great music-readers; We may use guitarists that don’t read music.
  • Rehearsals are 4 - 5 weeks before sign-on.

•   Practice sight-reading and commercial styles
