Graphic Designer Social Media Admin

Role and Responsibilities:  Graphic Design Assistant - Social Media Admin

 

What we need this person to do:  60% creative / 40% systems and process.


1.   Develop fresh social media content for all platforms on a high frequency basis.
 
2.   Take digital assets – photos / video / audio and create campaigns for social media platforms based on a tight brief and following a pre-defined marketing calendar.
 
3.   Assist with the creation of a digital archive for the launch of a new food brand.
a.   Edit photos, video, templates, emails, marketing collateral for all online/offline channels.
 
4.   Display a developing understanding of how great design/engaging content can stimulate conversion to sale.
 
5.   Have a strong portfolio of design work. 
 
6.   Display a proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier and some experience in capturing photos/video. Also, have some experience on Excel, PowerPoint and Survey Monkey.
 
7.   Have a lot of interest and some experience in designing, implementing and tracking multi-channel campaigns (online/offline) for
a.   brand
b.   tactical
c.    strategic
d.   educational
 
8.   Be open to learning Sales Force Social Studio so to understand how to take likes and convert to sales.
 
9.   Be able to balance a dynamic planned vs trend social media workflow:
a.   80% planned and 20% reacting to social media trends
 
10. Have basic HTML knowledge.
 
11. Supports the Co-Founders in the development of Stakeholder Reports and new business presentations.
 
12. Be comfortable to contribute creatively and strategically to the development of the digital archive.
 
13. Be systems-centric to ensure predefined work flows are being followed, especially during peak periods, to ensure deadlines are made.

16. Have own Mac Book Pro and Adobe Cloud subscription.

17. Happy to just get involved to get things done when short term issues arise.

18. Be kind, be respectful, enjoy learning from others and be able to laugh at a situation.
