Audio Editor Intern

 
The Audio Post Production intern will assist and in documenting Next Generation Audio workflows for Starz. This will be inclusive of OTT audio and Object Based Surround Sound. The expectation will be to work with Audio Post Production professionals in order to learn and advance these workflows practices in order to grown the department in to a world class team.
 
  •  Work in unison with staff to document new workflows for Audio Post Production concering:
  • Dolby ATMOS asset QC and Production
  • OTT device distribution-Define the charaterisitcs of top streaming devices in the market.
  • This is inclusive of both connected and handlheld devices.
  •  Help build and test new Pro tools 12.5 installations.

Required Experience
 
 
  • Must be currently enrolled as a rising Junior or Senior in an accredited college/university degree program.
  • Basic Audio engineering class credtis
  • Basic Post Production class credits
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of AVID Pro Tools Editing and Mixing software
  • Stong interpersonal relationship skills.
