Photography Volunteer for Event March 21, 2019
We are looking to hire one or two Photography volunteers for our upcoming Event on March 21, 2019.
Scope of work:
We need the Photographer(s) to take photos of our guests, the event set-up, and the program of speakers and awards. The volunteer should be able to edit their photos quickly and send back as an electronic portfolio via drop box or google docs.
Timeline:
The event is on Thursday, March 21 from 6-8 p.m. Please arrive at 5:00p.m. to get shots of the room without guests and be set and ready for the event to begin at 6 p.m. We would like all edited Photos sent to us no later than Monday, March 25.
Deliverables – What exactly is the freelance/independent contractor supplying, quantity, and how should the work or services be delivered?
The photographer needs to have their own equipment.
A staff person will be paired with the volunteer photographer to gather names of guests as shots are taken and should be numbered correspondingly. There is no minimum or maximum of photos needed but we expect professional quality photos from full coverage of the event.
Usage – How will the work be used, in what formats, and where? Who owns the work?
The photos will be property of Howard Brown Health to use as we need moving forward. The photographer will receive photo credit any time a photo is used. The photographer will be able to include the photos in their personal portfolio.
