Paid Social Media Manager

We’re looking for an organized and driven person to join our team as a Paid Social Media Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Run all paid media programs on Snapchat/Twitter/YouTube/LinkedIn/Pinterest
- Run all Facebook/Instagram programs that are not setup through our proprietary software or that have optimization types or targeting not available in the platform
- Run all other paid media activations (display, native, etc)
- Coordinate brand studies
Additional Responsibilities
Sales Assistance:
- Provide quote estimates (clarification on when to use calculator, or provide estimates when calculator can't be used)
- Answer workflow/other client questions and work with internal team where needed
- Monitor new regulations across all social platforms regarding paid media so Account Directors/clients are aware of changes
SaaS/IZEAx:
- Assist SaaS clients and Campaign Managers in running Facebook/Instagram programs through our proprietary software
Optimization/Proactivity:
- Monitor all paid media programs to look at setups and ways to optimize to improve performance across the board
- Monitor new releases across all of paid media to keep up with possible new tests that would benefit our business model
- Once a quarter, check performances across all social channels to see if calculators need updating
What we're looking for:
- Highly organized individual who is detail oriented
- Someone who has a deep understanding of the social media landscape and influencer marketing
- Someone who demonstrates flexibility in a rapidly changing environment
- Someone who works well in a team environment and takes initiative
Bonus Points If...
- You have 1-2 years experience in Sales Support and Paid Media
- You’re familiar with Salesforce.com
