Reporting to: CRM & Merchandising Manager

Role Overview
Time Out is seeking a CRM Assistant to join the team. This role is to be the key coordinator for all member communication, member acquisition initiatives and tactics to drive traffic and interest into the Time Out Markets opening in North America in 2019 and beyond. The communication (mainly through email) drives members to our city sites where the successful candidate needs to ensure that there is merchandising as well as engaging and relevant content. The role reports to the North American CRM & Merchandising Manager to whom they will also support in any related activities including reporting, data management and member acquisition.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, build & deploy CRM communications through channels including Email (primary channel), PUSH, SMS, Landing Pages and Social
  • Report on the performance of CRM communications and provide actionable insights for improvement
  • Manage manual data loads for segmentation and reporting
  • Implement Time Out Market communication and marketing plans
  • Work closely with editorial and commercial stakeholders
  • Support the North American CRM & Merchandising Manager in any CRM & Merchandising tasks required
