SITE MERCHANDISER & CONTENT SPECIALIST

JOCKEY is currently seeking a Site Merchandiser & Content Specialist to join our corporate International division to deliver a best-in-class customer experience on Jockey’s international eCommerce sites. This full-time position is based in our corporate office, located in Kenosha, WI (between Milwaukee, WI and Chicago, IL), reporting to our Director of Brand Marketing – Europe & International. Experience the opportunity to own the eCommerce site experience - including site merchandising, copy communication, promotional/marketing development and execution, and product/site analytics (i.e., sales, Google Analytics, customer reviews), partnering with our corporate eCommerce digital marketing initiatives and team members.
 
In this role, you will:
  • Merchandise eCommerce sites to deliver a compelling product experience through simple, intuitive category navigation and clear, accurate product details.
  • Work with Item Data Specialist to help review and guide execute addition of product data on Jockey Germany, UK, and aggregator sites.
  • Evaluate partner web sites for accurate and consistent product representation, present opportunities for improvement to the international team.
  • Utilize site analytics and customer reviews to understand impact to product performance. Apply learnings to future concepts, linking and sorting.
  • Implement browse page (category, department, etc.) and internal search page sort and navigation strategy.
  • Partner with Director and freelance designer as needed to update site imagery (home page/department page/etc.) and provide optimize landing destinations.
  • Partner with corporate eCommerce search, PPC marketing team and external agency in Europe to facilitate the execution of the paid search strategy. 
  • Assist with planning e-mail marketing calendar; select products to promote via email; identify cross-sell/up-sell products and apply them to relevant product pages.
  • Assist with digital asset creation via corporate eCommerce agile process in Jira.  
  • Create product shot lists for the season and partner with internal/external partners to ensure product images and videos accurately communicate product benefits.
  • Assist with social media strategy and execution.
  • Write compelling copy for e-mail marketing campaigns and work closely with email graphic design to produce and launch campaigns.
  • Work with search team to create engaging SEM and SEO copy.
  • Implement seasonal promotion strategies (including markdown, multi-price products, and outfit/bundle savings).

 In return, we ask for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years relevant experience (experience in a retail industry a plus).
  • Demonstrated logical analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using analytical tools to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations, and make adjustments accordingly.
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to consistently prioritize and manage both workload and processes to meet objectives.
  • Strong process orientation and ability to understand system dependencies.
  • Experience communicating and presenting to various roles within an organization.
