Talent Buyer – Internship – Ruido Fest

Responsibilities include:
• Booking and promotions for Ruido Fest Chicago.
• Developing and updating artist offers in booking database.
• Travel and expense reports.
• Working with marketing and promotions to facilitate on-sale dates.
• Maintaining show info on festival websites and social media.
• Assist with venue and artist calendars and contracts.
• Managing ticket counts and final settlements.
• Gathering and distributing show information to venues, staff, and artists.
• Facilitating communication while maintaining contact lists and company databases.
• Helping with miscellaneous projects as needed.

Qualifications:
• Proficient computer and organizational skills.
• Marketing-driven, creative.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fluid and busy environment.
• Attentive and responsive to customer service.
• Great people skills and positive attitude.
• 15-20 hours/week including weekend availability for the festival June 21 – 23, 2019.
