The freelancer would sign a contract that confirms the number of days they'll work on the shoot along with their day rate. We then pay them through payroll site called CAPS.

Production Coordinator
- Reports directly to Senior Producer
- Make sure crew and talent sign their respective contracts
- Keep track of and log receipts
- Arrange meetings and talent/crew travel
- Supervise production assistants and direct their daily activities
- Help to set up the production office with the necessary supplies
- Instruct PA's to run errands between the production office and other departments
- In charge of shopping for crafty and keeping craft table well maintained
- Keep track of Breakfast and Lunch orders, making sure deliveries arrive on time and are setup prior to scheduled times
- In charge of setting up and breaking down lunch
