WKBW-TV Internship

WKBW-TV is looking for three students for an internship at the station. This is a paid internship and is sponsored by the New York State Broadcasting Association. This is an opportunity to witness and experience “first hand” the operational procedures of the television station. Areas of training will include most departments; Sales, News, Promotion & Programming, Traffic, and Digital. Interns will spend the first half of the internship working with the various departments and will be able to select one specific department for the second half of their internship. Applicants must be residents of New York State and/or attending college in New York State and must be first time entrants into the program. This is a temporary position, approximately 20 hours per week with a maximum of 180 hours total.
