The atmosphere of the job was a great blend of fun and professionalism. I had the chance to really work on my communication skills, as well as my customer service skills in a setting that was very fun. I was surrounded by a team of awesome coworkers who all shared the same enthusiasm for the job.
What I wish was different
There is not a whole lot I would change about the experience, other than the management being a little more active in the employees day-to-day actions.
Advice
I would highly suggest working in this position, especially if you are a people person. It was a job that I woke up excited to go to every day. Finding something like that is very important.

Try not to let stress be taken out on kids and understand that things happen.
