We are a video game company with an entirely remote team. We offer all interns a hands-on opportunity to work in the game industry, while also providing an educational experience. We provide our interns the much needed experience in the industry that many larger game companies require prior to consideration.
All of our internships are entirely remote. We use a conferencing server to meet with, mentor, and overall communicate with all interns and staff. No one is ever expected to meet at a physical location.
The educational experience we provide consists of a mentor being assigned to each intern. Together, they set up a long-term goal and several short-term goals to be met throughout the intern's time with us. These goals are entirely up to the student and must be tangible in the time span of the internship period. We feel this helps the student learn areas they might be lacking or areas they want more practice in prior to graduation.
Some of our interns have gone on to work for such companies as Disney, Epic Games, and Santa Monica Studios.
